Bob joined Moscarino & Treu in 2002. Prior to that, he practiced law in Akron in the areas of real estate law, business litigation, and corporate transactions. Since joining Moscarino & Treu, Bob continues to focus his practice on real estate and business litigation. His work also involves the defense of product liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability actions.
Bob was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and raised in the Cleveland area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University with a double major in Finance and Marketing in 1985. He then obtained his MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College in 1993 and graduated cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998. Prior to becoming an attorney, Bob worked with mentally challenged/ developmentally disabled adults.
