Jay P. AuWerter joined Moscarino & Treu in 2011 after working as a legal consultant for a Northeast Ohio hospital. In addition to his experience with the Hospital, J.P. brings to Moscarino & Treu litigation clerkship experience. Since joining Moscarino & Treu, J.P. has focused on representing employers in employment matters, and physicians and hospitals in malpractice cases.

J.P. earned his B.A. from Denison University in 2002, his Master's of Divinity from Trinity International University, cum laude, in 2008, and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011. J.P. served as president of the Christian Legal Society at Case Western, and was twice named to the Dean's Honor List.

J.P. was admitted to the Bar in 2011.
