John M. Moscarino
John M. Moscarino is an associate concentrating his practice in the areas of business litigation and medical malpractice defense.
Raised in Cleveland, John attended Gilmour Academy before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Miami University (OH) in 2011. John is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law (FL) where he earned his J.D. While in law school, John was a member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review, volunteered with the Innocence Clinic, completed a summer clerkship under Judge Donald C. Nugent in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and worked as a law clerk in the Tobacco Litigation Department at The Ferraro Law Firm in Miami, Florida. John joined Moscarino & Treu as an Associate upon passing the July 2015 Ohio Bar Exam.
John is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
