A member of the firm since 2003, Sean’s practice is focused on complex medical malpractice and product liability defense litigation. He has successfully obtained defense verdicts in trials involving product liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Sean has presented a number of oral arguments at the appellate level.
Sean was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1999 and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio since 2000. Sean is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1968, Sean received his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1995 and his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1999, where he received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for the highest Torts grade and was a member of the Business Law Association.
